**As** an administrator
**I want to** be able to find and identify specific custom fields based on certain criteria such as "long text fields contained in Epic"
**so that** I can quickly find relevant ones without having to manually scan a potentially very long list
#### **Acceptance criteria**
**Placement**
* In Administration → Custom fields,
* Move the 'Work packages' tab to a new page 'Custom fields' under Work packages
* In Administration → Work packages,
* Place this new 'Custom fields' entry below Status
**Quick filters**
* The work package custom fields page now has these quick filters:
* Quick search bar (text filter)
* Supports partial text matches and filtering by custom field name
* Format (type: multi-select, list of formats)
* Used in projects (type: multi-select, list of projects)
* Contained in type (type: multi-select, list of types)
* _\[open\] A way to filter between:_
* _All_
* _Required_
* _Enabled in all projects_
* _Quick filter specification and design are a work in progress_

#### **Permissions and visibility considerations**
* No changes
#### **Out of scope**
* We will not Primerise this page for the moment.
* Additional interesting ideas from the user community will be considered separate features:
* The ability to tag custom fields and search using these tags
* Bulk actions and bulk editing (eg. adding tags, changing type assignments)
* A "form manager" that allows administrators to quickly view different saved forms (per type) and add/remove custom fields
