### Steps to reproduce

* Access the Primerised Activity tab on mobile

* Hover/click on a macro of a mentioned/embedded work package


#### **Note**

* This is an existing problem also on production, not just on the new Activity tab


### What is the buggy behavior?

* The "hover" panel does not track scrolling and can be mis-positioned so that it is always attached to where the macro is placed
