### Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to the Activity tab of a work package with comments on it.

2. Click on "Quote this comment"


### What is the buggy behavior?

* The curser automatically positions in front of the @username.

* You now either have to

* press enter to add a line an add your comment above the quote

* or navigate below the quote (with your keyboard, as pressing enter below the quote will only expand the quote)
