End of the deletion ###58556 introduced behavior where the editor 1) Shrinks on focus lost, if it had content, it shrinks it&#39;s height 2) Closes out if editor did not have any content

This introduces problems with the restricted visibility checkbox- as it cannot be clicked with the current behaviour.

One option is to remove the automatic Begin of the insertion~~shrinking~~ dismiss action,End of the insertion Begin of the deletion shrinking,End of the deletion and have that explicitly Begin of the insertioninvokedEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion actionedEnd of the deletion via a cancel button or Begin of the insertionESCEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion EscEnd of the deletion key- please propose other ideas.
