* **Configuration:** Where do we enable/disable this feature at a project level?
* Option 1: Add it as a module
* Indicate that it is an Enterprise feature (with icon)
* Can non-Enterprise users enable it? They can Team planners.
* Ooption 2: New sidebar entry "Work packages":
* new tab for general (with only a setting to enable/disable restrictived visibility)

* **Migration:** what if a work package is moved from a project that has confidential notes enabled to one that has it disabled?
