### Steps to reproduce

1. As a user that can write comments

2. Make sure the layout is not "split". It has comments below the work package information.

3. Click on the comment box

4. Observe the comment box being scrolled to the very top of the page


### What is the buggy behavior?

* Scrolling the comment box to the top is not helpful

* When blurring the comment box there's an seemingly unnecessary scroll behaviour as well

* There is too much space below the comment box:

* Regression: The timeline line doesn't stop at the comment box; it continues beyond it


### What is the expected behavior?

Begin of the insertionScrolling seems to be intended behaviour for mobile to account for keyboard showing/hiding.
