### Steps to reproduce
1. Set a reminder from the notification center.
2. Set a watched state.
3. Compare the buttons visuals.
### What is the buggy behavior?
<img class="op-uc-image op-uc-image_inline" src="/api/v3/attachments/310296/content">
The new reminder button just displays a 1 but isn't in the active state like the watched button is.
### What is the expected behavior?
* When active, the 1. Reminder button should:
* Keep should displayed like the original icon (`op-alarm-icon`, without the '1')
* Add a '1' badge
* Not have a pressed state
* This inconsistency with Watcher is a known issue and acceptable for the moment
* For the watcher button:
* Invert the icons between active and not, i.e,
* when active: pressed and icon `eye-closed-icon`
* when inactive: regular and icon `eye-icon`
watched button.
