### Steps to reproduce

1. Set a reminder from the notification center.

2. Set a watched state.

3. Compare the buttons visuals.


### What is the buggy behavior?

The new reminder button just displays a 1 but isn&#39;t in the active state like the watched button is.

### What is the expected behavior?

* KeepEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion should displayed likeEnd of the deletion the Begin of the insertionoriginal icon (`op-alarm-icon`, without the &#39;1&#39;)

* Add a &#39;1&#39; badge

* Not have a pressed state

* This inconsistency with Watcher is a known issue and acceptable for the moment

* For the watcher button:

* Invert the icons between active and not, i.e,

* when active: pressed and icon `eye-closed-icon`

* when inactive: regular and icon `eye-icon`
