**Context**

A work package was missing for [PR 17869](https://github.com/opf/openproject/pull/17869). This will try to cover the acceptance criteria for this work.

**Acceptance criteria**

* In the emoji selection pop-over,

* Reduce horizontal spacing between the emojis when clicking

* Begin of the insertionMake add reaction buttons square

* End of the insertion Increase size of the emojis

* ~~Use the 'counter' element to indicate the number of users having selected this emoji~~
