**Context**
Based on user feedback, the current full-width date field makes it difficult to identify the browser-native "Choose date" button icon on the right edge of the date field. Shorter fields will improve discoverability of the icon, which, as a browser native function, the placement of which we have no control over.
**Acceptance criteria**
* Move the date and time fields into one line, thereby shortening each
* This moves the browser-native _pick date_ date picker launcher icon closer to the date input
* _Note: The placement of this icon to trigger the browser date picker is not controlled by us; it's placed by the browser itself and varies on system/browser. Since the field also allows direct manual input of dates, it an important action because it triggers the browser date picker. It is invisible on some mobile devices._
* Remove the leading visual (left icon) on both the Date and Time fields_._
* _Note: This is also more consistent with what we do in the Meeting details modal._
* By default, when the modal is triggered, pre-fill the date and time fields with default values the user can then change:
* _\[open\] Default: tomorrow (+1 calendar day) at 9:00 AM_
