### Steps to reproduce

Open Activity Tab in Russian  or German translation

### What is the buggy behavior?

Can't read a few buttons in the bottom of Activity tab

### What is the expected behavior?

* Buttons in the bottom of Activity tab have enought space to fit on one line

* Since we're going to go icon-only eventually anyway, simply remove texts and leave only the icons.

* Use Octicons, easier to implement.

* Begin of the insertionFor accessibility, we'llEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion We'llEnd of the deletion have to ensure they all have have titles (the same strings as before)
