* Rename these permissions:

* &quot;Add notes&quot; → &quot;Add comments&quot;

* &quot;Edit notes&quot; → &quot;Moderate comments&quot;

* &quot;Edit own notes&quot; → &quot;Edit own comments&quot;

* Add the following guideline text to &quot;Moderate comments&quot;:

* Change the order to:
