**Acceptance criteria**
In the Activity tab:
* When:
* I post a new message in the Activity tab _or_ _or_
* A new message is pulled (and displayed)
* Do:
* Highlight that message with a light yellow background that starts fading away after 3 (5?) seconds
**Goal**
Make it even more clear that a recently pushed message is new
