### Steps to reproduce
1. Login as a user with permissions to comment on a work package
2. Go to the work package, input a comment
3. Click on submit multiple times
> The bug is recurrent on slow networks, you can reproduce this by navigating to the browser network console and throttling the network to 3G or GPRS

### What is the buggy behavior?
* In some cases two journals are returned
### What is the expected behavior?
1. Only one journal should be returned on submit
2. The submit button should disable "on submit"
