Seems to work works on Android.
### Steps to reproduce
1. Open the pull preview on a real mobile with the browser
2. In the WP Activity tab navigate/scroll to the comment input
3. Tap it once to start typing a comment
### What is the buggy behavior?
* The keyboard does not open
* I have to tap it again to open the keyboard
### What is the expected behaviour!
1. The second tap is not necessary to reveal the keyboard and start typing
### Environment information
