**Acceptance criteria**

* If the browser tab is not visible and we're Begin of the insertionnotEnd of the insertion on _any_ page on OpenProject, and a new Begin of the deletion pushEnd of the deletion notification arrives it will show a red dot on top of Begin of the insertionall fav icons of all OpenProject browser tabs.

* OnceEnd of the insertion the Begin of the insertionuser activates any of those tabs the red dot disappears. Ideally, this behaviour is crossEnd of the insertion browser Begin of the insertionand devices as I don’t want to go around removing the same red dot over and over again on all devices.End of the insertion Begin of the deletion tab's favicon.End of the deletion
