Emoji reactions rendered on a journal are backed by an aria label describing the reaction and the users that reacted to it:
> * Visually, show just names: "{user A}, {user B} and {user C}"
>
> * ARIA-label, show names and emoji type: "{Name of emoji} by {user A}, {user B} and {user C}".
>
Example: 👍 1 -> "thumbs up by User A and User C" - Q: Should we translate the emoji names too- i.e. in German "Daumen hoch von User A und User C" ?
