### Steps to reproduce

1. Begin of the insertionOn Windows (Chrome or Firefox) loginEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion LoginEnd of the deletion as a user with notifications

2. Go to the notification center

3. Open any ticket where there are comments


### What is the buggy behavior?

* Comment box is cut off on the left side


### What is the expected behavior?

1. Comment box is not cut off
