**As** a user of OpenProject
**I want to** be immediately notified via e-mail when I get assigned to a work package or become accountable
**so that** I have an e-mail in my inbox that allows which notifies me my to log into OpenProject and work on a certain work package
**Acceptance criteria**
* Users have the chance to select whether they want to receive an immediate e-mail reminder if they are either added as _assignee_ or _accountable_ for a work package
* That setting can be turned of/on by users within the _e-mail reminders_ menu (_my account_)

**Notes**
This probably need to take into account which settings a user chose at _notification settings_ -> _participating._ If a user does not want to be notified about becoming accountable or assignee at all, the check boxes for corresponding e-mail reminders eventually need to be greyed out.
**Further context on user story**
Customer who mentioned this is a larger hospital with many OpenProject users. Most of them are not not working with OpenProject actively but rather get assigned a work package from time to time. They do not actively participate there.
Their work flows are heavily e-mail focused still. Imagine an Doctor who gets assigned to 2 work packages as part of an project to buy e.g. a new MRI scanner. That person only logs into OpenProject, if an e-mail appears in their inbox telling them to now take action. "Taking action" often means just to log in, type a text/comment/description, change a status and log off again. No further interaction. A regular notification (1x a day or more) with a summary of all unread notifications does not help here because for those users, their e-mail inbox functions as a to-do list and hence an e-mail pro work package/task would resemble a point on their daily to-do list.
