**As** a user
**I want to** be able to put a thumbs up or other Emoji as a reaction on certain events, first of all on work package comments
**so that** its clear that I have seen the changes without having to post a comment or even write a mail with my agreement.
#### **Acceptance criteria**
* Workpackage comments (Journals with notes) show an "add-emoji"-button on the bottom left below the written comment
* Clicking on this button show a Primer Overlay with a horizontal list of available emojis
* Following the approach seen on GitHub itself, this is a rather limited list of 8 emojis
* Open in this context:
* <mention class="mention" data-id="56166" data-type="work_package" data-text="#56166">#56166</mention> workPackageValue:56166:subject
* <mention class="mention" data-id="56167" data-type="work_package" data-text="#56167">#56167</mention> workPackageValue:56167:subject
* Clicking on one emoji immediately adds this reaction to the comment, the overlay gets closed
* On the right of the add-button, all reactions are show with their own button, including:
* their emoji and count
* if the acting user has reacted with this emoji, the button gets an accent background color
* hovering over the emoji buttons shows a tooltip,
* where the users which reacted with this emoji are listed in a comma-separated list
* up to 5 users, after that "and N others" is shown
* Open in this context:
* <mention class="mention" data-id="56169" data-type="work_package" data-text="#56169">#56169</mention> workPackageValue:56169:subject
* <mention class="mention" data-id="56170" data-type="work_package" data-text="#56170">#56170</mention> workPackageValue:56170:subject
* clicking on this button will
* if not already reacted with this emoji
* let the acting user react with the same emoji immediately
* if already reacted with this emoji
* let the acting user remove this emoji reaction immediately
* A user can react with all available emojis and is not limited to one reaction
* Open in general:
* <mention class="mention" data-id="56171" data-type="work_package" data-text="#56171">#56171</mention> Â workPackageValue:56171:subject
* <mention class="mention" data-id="56172" data-type="work_package" data-text="#56172">#56172</mention> workPackageValue:56172:subject
