**As** a project member,
**I want to** be able to quickly see points that require clarification or a decision (or add them myself)
**so that** everybody is on the same page and potential blockers can be quickly identified and addressed
### Note
This feature is related to the new Meetings module we are working on in parallel (where it's possible to add clarification needs and decisions to agenda items, which can also be linked to work packages):
###49413
### **Acceptance criteria**
* Work packages have have a new tab called "Open points" (after _Relations_, before _Watchers_)
* Open that allows users to add open points
* These can be resolved, after which they would be called "Decisions"
* These can be unrelated to meetings meetings.
* _~~\[open\] The tab This also lists all the meetings where the current work package has been included~~_
* These can have two states: unresolved (default) and then resolved
* This will be visually indicated (maybe) with a check mark included
* The only way to functionally link When a work package to paackage is included in a Meeting _and_ also has an open point, the meeting is to include an open point visible in a work package agenda item (in a Meeting): the Open points tab:
* Open points (incl. resolved) and decisions are also immediately visible for each work package.
* Additional information is however not visible without opening the meeting.
* Can be attached to multiple meetings
* _\[open\] An open point is either resolved or not; if it's added to three meetings and resolved in meeting #2, how can you tell it was in that particular meeting that the resolution took place? (Journaling)_
* _How do we deal with this in 13.1?_
* _~~\[idea\] when you close a meeting without a resolution to an open point, you have that information journalised~~_ be discussed_
* _\[open\] Strategy: What is a higher priority, meeting agenda or open points?_
* _\[open\] Ability to filter/show only resolved and unresolved?_
* _\[open\] Add open points from within a comment_
* _Or at least link to an open point from a comment._
* _\[JJ: Need compared to make it absolutely clear to the user when to use comments, open points and child work packages. And make packages, what is it easier for users to transition between them.\]_
### **Open questions**
* _How to create it from/outside of a meeting..._ not?_
* _tbd_ _More detailed specifications in progress..._
