**As** a project member,
**I want to** be able to quickly see points that require clarification or a decision (or add them myself)
**so that** everybody is on the same page and potential blockers can be quickly identified and addressed
### Note
This feature is related to the new Meetings module we are working on in parallel (where it's possible to add clarification needs and decisions to agenda items, which can also be linked to work packages):
###49413
### **Acceptance criteria**
* Work packages have a new tab called "Open points" (after _Relations_, before _Watchers_)
* that allows users to add open points
* These can be resolved, after which they would be called "Decisions"
* These can be unrelated to meetings.
* This also lists all the meetings where the current work package has been included
* When a work paackage is included in a Meeting _and_ also has an open point, the meeting is visible in the Open points tab:
* Open points and decisions are also immediately visible for each work package.
* Additional information is however not visible without opening the meeting.
* _\[open\] to be discussed_
* _\[open\] What is an open point compared to work packages, what is it not?_
* _More detailed specifications in progress..._
