**I want to** have a more mordern UX pattern for the edit action
**so that** I like using the wiki module.

**Acceptance criteria**

* The green create action button is removed from the page

* instead, it is added to the bottom of the left side menu (similar to how we did it for Boards)

* The watch button is moved into the three dots menu

* In the edit and create mode:

* the sidebar is removed

* the ckEditor goes full width of the form

* we use the same component we have for the form for creating projects (`StepWizard`)
