**I want to** be able to create a wiki inside my project
**so that** I have an internal wiki which is accessible by my project members only.

**Acceptance criteria**

* A project admin must be able to configure the project to provide a single wiki.

* If the internal wiki provider is disabled, the project admin must not be able to setup this project wiki. Begin of the insertion

* If the internal wiki provider is disabled, any project with a wiki must not display any wiki menu entry.End of the insertion
