Throwing errors will break Hocuspocus! So we need that to be able to update BlockNote Extensions in Hocuspocus. Bruno mentioned that in [this PR](https://github.com/opf/op-blocknote-extensions/pull/90/changes) but I am not sure if what he did there can still be applied and if there are more throws in the meantime.
