1. Login to an instance where you switched identifiers from numeric to semantic

2. Go to a work package

3. Go to Watchers tab

4. Add another watcher

5. As the other user who was added as a watcher, go check your email inbox as an email notification has been sent


### What is the buggy behavior?

* Numeric id Begin of the insertionon two places: in the title and if referenced in the work package descriptionEnd of the insertion
