**As** a user of a BIM edition instance that uses project-based semantic work package identifiers
**I want to** see project-based work package identifiers in the BCF export and synchronisation
**Acceptance criteria**
* If the instance is set to project-based work package identifiers
* project-based semantic identifiers are used for the Git Snippets (tab in work package show view)
* Incoming webhooks should still work and identify the correct work package
* A bitbucket integration (external contribution) was announced, this should be adapted as well if it is already merged
