**As** a user of an OpenProject instance which is set to use project-based work package identifiers
**I want to** See project-based work package identifiers in the work package show view
**Acceptance criteria**
* If the instance is set to project-based work package identifiers, the work package show view shows the project-based work package identifier instead of the database ID
* between Type and "Created by"
* in the "Relations" Tab for each related work package
* The same is true for the split screen view (I assume this reuses the same code)
**Technical notes**
* needs <mention class="mention" data-id="73715" data-type="work_package" data-text="##73715">##73715</mention> to be decided first
* no truncation of the value should be necessary
**Out of scope**
* "Copy link to clipboard" will be a separate work package
* Subqueries in work packages will be a separate work package (=> <mention class="mention" data-id="73717" data-type="work_package" data-text="#73717">#73717</mention> )
* Github / Gitlab Tab will be a separate work package
