### Steps to reproduce:
1. Have a multi select list or hierarchy custom field configured for a work package type
2. Have a number of work packages
3. One of those work packages has multiple values selected for the custom field
4. Have a wp query saved
5. (Wait until the journal aggregation time has passed)
6. Drag the work package with the multiple custom values to reorder it
OR:
1. Have a work package with an automatic subject type (and some more work packages)
2. Have a wp query saved
3. (Wait until the journal aggregation time has passed)
4. Drag the work package with the multiple custom values to reorder it
### Actual behavior:
When opening the dragged work package, it will have a "Changes were retracted" journal entries in the Activity tab. Dragging a work package with only one or no value selected will not lead to this bug.
### Expected behavior:
No activity created for dragging a work package as no change to the work package itself happened.
