### Steps to reproduce

1. Login as user A and open doc with lots of files such as [https://qa.openproject-stage.com/documents/49](https://qa.openproject-stage.com/documents/49) or [https://qa.openproject-stage.com/documents/102](https://qa.openproject-stage.com/documents/102)

2. Login as user B and open the same doc


### What is the buggy behavior?

* User B doesn't see themselves in the list of active editors but can still edit the doc (no issue with persisting those Begin of the insertionchanges). Also, user A sees user B without problems.End of the insertion Begin of the deletion changes)End of the deletion


### What is the expected behavior?

1. User B should see themselves in the list of active editors


### Important note

I was only able to repro this on docs with video, audio Begin of the insertionfiles, or long textsEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion filesEnd of the deletion but I am not completely sure that is Begin of the insertionrelevant.End of the insertion Begin of the deletion relevantEnd of the deletion
