### What is the buggy behavior?

* Several documents are created


### What is the expected behavior?

Only one document is created

### Note

* This is easily reproducible by simulating a slow network (using the Chrome DevTools Network tab set to &quot;Slow 3G&quot;)

* On Android, it can be reproduced by rapidly tapping the &#39;Create&#39; button on a regular network

* On iOS, it can be reproduced by rapidly tapping the right arrow button on the keyboard after entering the final piece of data
