**Acceptance criteria**
* When I don't have the permission to edit a document but I have the permission to read a document, I can open a document.
* I can see who is currently editing the document
* I see the live cursors
* I see a list of connected users
* The last updated timestamp continuously updates on every update
* I cannot change any content.
* No editor toolbar gets rendered.
* Attachments cannot be added.
* Attachments can be downloaded.
