1. 1) Create a task, save it, without closing the task, go to the activity tab and add an image, save it

2)Next, create another task using the "+create" button - save and add the image to the activity tab

**Actual behaviour:**
It seems that there is a mix between the previous work package and the new one. We enter a new title and want to save but the attachment from the previous one is copied here and there is an error message saying Attachments cannot be changed.
**Expected behaviour:**
We should be either able to create a new work package or be presented with another workflow that prevents this kind of error.
