### Steps to reproduce

1. Go to any exisiting basic Board

2. Click on the plus

3. Click on "add existing"

4. try to find a Work Package in the search


### What is the buggy behavior?

* The search and the dropdown are really small. Most of the space is taken by the avatar and the type, making it nearly impossible to read the title

### What is the expected behavior?

* The dropdown list should be wider than the input to ensure that more of the title is readable

* 500px on expand

* The search field should not expand

* Mobile: musn&#39;t be larger than the screen width.

* On hover, show the full title (using title attribute, not a Primer tooltip).
