### Steps to reproduce
1. Login as a user with permissions to view any project
2. Go to your account settings and change the theme to "Light High Contrast"
3. Navigate to the notifications centre, by clicking the "bell" icon on the top right
4. Click on any filter, E.g. "@Mentioned" , notice the URL adds query parameters "?filter=reason&name=mentioned"
5. Now change the "name=mentioned" to an invalid value such that the query parameters are "?filter=reason&name=foobar"
### What is the buggy behavior?
* I'm presented with a "loading" screen, but the asset is broken
* I'm not given any information that the filter "?filter=reason&name=foobar" is invalid
### What is the expected behavior?
1. When the notifications request is running, the "loading" asset is correctly visible
2. Use [this asset](https://community.openproject.org/api/v3/attachments/540139/content) for the high contrast mode
3. Given invalid filters, then I'm presented with an error screen/detail informing me
