**As** a potential enterprise client needing this feature
**I want to** know that it exists and what it does and that I only need to get or upgrade to the Enterprise / Professional plan
**so that** I can use this feature in helpdesk-like situations, creating great value for my organisation.
**Context**
* It is different to how we used to deal with Enterprise Editions so far as it requires a specific plan to be present in the token. A corporate client having a token present without that plan enabled will need to upgrade the token and that may require to accept the then established pricing structure giving an incentive to accept new pricings even before the end of the currently booked plan.
**Acceptance criteria**
If the user's current plan does not include the feature (eg. it is below the 'Professional' plan):
* In Project settings → Work packages → Internal comments (tab)
* Show the full upscale page banner ([see LookBook](https://qa.openproject-edge.com/lookbook/pages/components/enterprise)):
* Title: "**Internal comments"**
* Description: Main text: "Internal comments allow an internal team to communicate amongst themselves privately. These are only visible to certain project roles and will never be visible publicly."
* Information about Plan text: "Available starting with the plan "Available with..." will be appended automatically
[Enterprise professional plan](https://community.openproject.org/#link-to-plans)."
* The buttons to display below automatically be picked by the component based on the user's current plan.
For all users, including-non admins and even if the feature is not enabled in Project settings:
* In the Activity tab, below the comment box:
* Show the inline upsale banner:
* Title: "**Write internal comments only a small group can see**"
* No additional text required, information about Text: "Available starting with the plan "Available with..." will be appended automatically [Enterprise professional plan](https://community.openproject.org/#link-to-plans)."
* The buttons to display below automatically be picked by the component based on the user's current plan.
* This banner is dismissable and will not dismissable.
* _\[open\] Will it be shown again.
