**Context**

A work package was missing for [PR 17869](https://github.com/opf/openproject/pull/17869). This will try to cover the acceptance criteria for this work.

**Acceptance criteria**

* In the emoji selection pop-over,

* Reduce horizontal spacing between the emojis Begin of the insertionoptionsEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion when clickingEnd of the deletion

* Make add reaction buttons Begin of the insertionsquare, without manually overriding Primer defaultsEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion squareEnd of the deletion

* Increase size of the emojis Begin of the insertion

* _from X to Y (please specify)_

End of the deletion * ~~Use the 'counter' element to indicate the number of users having selected this emoji~~


**Technical notes**

* If counter is to be used, `button.with_trailing_visual_counter` is adding it

* At least on mac in chrome and firefox square emoji dimensions seem to be equal to font-size value, but I failed to find anything specifying that


**Permissions and visibility considerations**

* No changes to permissions/visibility
