**Acceptance criteria:**
* Reuse the automatic message created in the web-app when a work package is merged displaying the app build (in the web app we say the instance where it was deployed).
* This will help QA identify the correct build for testing without need to open GitHub.
* include link to PR
* include build number so QA can look up which build to test for this PR
