TODO:

* submitting the subject configuration form without a valid enterprise token must not allow update if:

* subject configuration was changed from `manual` to `generated`

* keeping `generated` allows submitting the form, as one can still update the pattern

* UI elements are already disabled, but a nifty h4ck0r can enabled them by removing `disabled` from the HTML
