### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Open BCF Module
2. Upload an IFC model
3. Create a new work package and add a viewpoint
4. Create a new work package **without** a viewpoint
5. Switch to work package module
6. Create a new work package
7. Filter work packages with filter "BCF Issue associated"
### **Actual Behavior**
The work package created within the BCF Module isn't filtered although it s a normal work package without a viewpoint.
### **Expected Behavior**
A work package can be filtered any time and it doesn't matter where it has been created. The work packages becomes a BCF BIM Issue only if a viewpoint is added.
