### Steps to reproduce

1. Have an XWiki provider configured and at least one final page in a wiki.

1. Hint: Every new XWiki instance has a "Sandbox Test Page 1" in the "Sandbox" space, which is final.

2. Enter a work package and open the wiki tab

3. click on "+ Wiki page > Create new page"

4. select any title

5. search for the final page - e.g. "Sandbox Test Page 1" and select it as a parent

6. Submit


### What is the buggy behavior?

* The page is created under the parent of the final page


### What is the expected behavior?

1. The creation should fail.

2. Ideally, final pages must not be shown as selectable parents. Begin of the insertion(not implemented in scope of the wp)End of the insertion
