**I want to** promote a wiki page that is shown in the "Referenced in" and the "Mentioned in description" wiki page list to a related wiki page
**so that** I can have the wiki page more consistently linked to the work package.
**Acceptance criteria**
* "Add as related page link"
* TODO\_ todo icon missing
* A user must be able to create a relation wiki page link from a wiki page listed in "Referenced in" section.
* A user must be able to create a relation wiki page link from a wiki page listed in "Mentioned in description" section.
