The full integration picture consists of 3 main features:
1. **SquashTM: sync SquashTM requirements from OpenProject data**. Similar to what's done with Jira x Squash integration: SquashTM polls OpenProject at regular intervals and imports work packages as requirements, keeping them in sync. The sync work packages are filtered. Requirements in SquashTM are read-only; updates on the OpenProject side are reflected automatically.
2. **SquashTM: create Bug from SquashTM test run right into OpenProject**. When a test execution fails in SquashTM, the tester can create a bug directly into OpenProject from within SquashTM. The bug is linked back to the failing test case and its related requirement, providing full traceability.
3. **OpenProject: SquashTM test cases / executions / results visible in OpenProject**. A dedicated tab on OpenProject work packages showing test cases, executions, and results from SquashTM. OpenProject does not manage tests itself, but this tight integration gives managers and POs a clear overview of test status without leaving OpenProject.
If you are interested in this integration please leave a comment.
Here is a concept mockup about it. This is _not_ a definitive version.
