**Acceptance criteria**
* The WP split screen shall be routed from rails within all modules (WorkPackages, Gantt, Bim, Board, TeamPlanner, Calendars) and look like within the notification center
* The split screen should look like it is currently in the Notification center
* Full height
* The tab navigation: We use the Primer::TabNav component
* The back button is removed from the split screen (currently only shown for BIM module, open: need an alternative?)
* _\[Open\] Do we need to adjust the toolbar buttons of the WP table view visually since they will get less space?_
**Technical notes**
* The split screen shall be routed from rails (inlcuding all tabs)
* The create button needs to pass all filters as params to the split create form
* The goal of this is to push Angular further down the DOM to those places where we actually need it

* Primerising the content of the tabs
* Overview
* Files
* Watcher
* GitLab/GitHub
