## Steps to reproduce

1. Login as a user with permissions to upload files

2. Go to a project with Sharepoint storage

3. Go to any WP

4. Go to Files tab

5. Click on Link existing file

6. Click on Select all

7. Click on 'Link 1 File'


### What is the buggy behaviour?

* Select All appears on the File Picker even when no checkboxes are shown

* User is able to link a Begin of the insertiondriveEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion folderEnd of the deletion to a WP


### What is the expected behaviour?

1. No select all if there are no checkboxes

2. User should not be able to link a Begin of the insertiondriveEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion folderEnd of the deletion
