Bug STB-73: BCF all open view needs site refresh to work

### Steps to reproduce

 

1. Use firefox browser

2. Login as a user with permissions to access a poject with BCF content and existing IFC model. For exampe the OpenProject BIM demo projects.

3. Open the BCF modul

### What is the buggy behavior?

 

* The _all open_ view does not load.

* It loads after a site refresh (F5) though.

* After you did the site refresh, it works every time you open the view again.

### What is the expected behavior?

 

1. A user clicks on the BCF modul and its _all open_ view opens automatically and displays content
