Update not possible: Fetch failed

Hello,

i have a problem, when i run “sudo apt-get update”, I receive this error:

W: The repository ‘https://deb.packager.io/gh/opf/openproject-ce xenial Release’ does not have a Release file.
N: Data from such a repository can’t be authenticated and is therefore potentially dangerous to use.
N: See apt-secure(8) manpage for repository creation and user configuration details.
E: Failed to fetch http://mirror.hetzner.de/ubuntu/packages/dists/xenial-backports/universe/binary-amd64/Packages 404 Not Found [IP: 2a01:4f8:0:1::1:97 80]
E: Failed to fetch https://deb.packager.io/gh/opf/openproject-ce/dists/xenial/stable/7/binary-amd64/Packages SSL: certificate subject name (varioous.at) does not match target host name ‘deb.packager.io’
E: Failed to fetch http://mirror.hetzner.de/ubuntu/packages/dists/xenial-updates/main/i18n/Translation-en 404 Not Found [IP: 2a01:4f8:0:1::1:97 80]
E: Failed to fetch http://mirror.hetzner.de/ubuntu/security/dists/xenial-security/main/i18n/Translation-en 404 Not Found [IP: 2a01:4f8:0:1::1:97 80]
E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

I am on Version OpenProject 7.4.5 (Mysql2)

Any ideas?

Hi Harald,

look again in this line

E: Failed to fetch https://deb.packager.io/gh/opf/openproject-ce/dists/xenial/stable/7/binary-amd64/Packages SSL: certificate subject name (varioous.at) does not match target host name 'deb.packager.io'

You likely have a proxy that is incorrectly set up or some other weird configuration. It’s trying to connect to packager.io, but gets a cert from varioous.at instead?

yes it’s strange, varioous.at is the tld of the server (projects.varioous.at).
