Unable to upload files - An internal error has occurred. [object Object]

Hi,
I have searched for a solution to fix this but I wasn’t able to find anything.

When I’m trying to upload any file to the task it says “An internal error has occurred. [object Object]”

everything else works just fine.

the log is attached here anyone can point me to the solution, please.
