URL Re-Write Port Changed from 80 - 82

Hello All!

I have changed my URL
from project.domainname.com
to project.domainname:82

Everything works - Changed the apache config and virtual server.

But when emails are sent to users for verification, it comes like this:
http://project.domainname.com/account/activate?token=bec6e185b6070693d20006c32d7f14a7af2d86069b7703f73f413e3295a97125

I need it to be on port 82 by default.

http://project.domainname.com:*82*/account/activate?token=bec6e185b6070693d20006c32d7f14a7af2d86069b7703f73f413e3295a97125

How can I change this?
