Unable to receive invitation mail while running via Docker

I’m running the Open project via docker. Users unable to receive Invitation mail and im getting the below error while sending a test mail.

ERROR:
An error occurred while sending mail (hostname "localhost" does not match the server certificate)

After configuring SMTP, i am getting this error:

An error occurred while sending mail (535 Authentication failed: The provided authorization grant is invalid, expired, or revoked )
