my organisation has two different email servers, first one is Gmail, the one I am using, and another server for some of my team which is secureserver.net
I am trying your tool and I see it is coviering most of my needs, so I was planning to purchase it, but when I sent an invitation to the team, all invitation mails going to secureserver are dropped, I tried to delet the user and recreate it but nothing happened, I wish you solve that before my trial expires to help me decide.

my company name is consultix and I think we tried open project long time ago, so consultix.openproject.com is taken, can you verify if it is created by me or using different email account.
as I will purchase using this account not my current (testc) account
(sorry for that as I was trying lots of tools in the last few weeks, so I forgot who created it)

I have the similar issue a few days ago. So, I have taken help for email server from Optimum Customer Service and they resolved it quickly. It helps me a lot. You should make contact with them.
